I'm happy to report that L'oeuf au miroir survived my foray today into the mysterious (at least for me) world of blog templates. Whew! It was tense for a moment there...
Here's what happened: Feeling adventurous and confident, I decided to give "the egg" a makeover - scramble things up a bit, if you will. I found a super-cool downloadable template, threw my usual caution to the wind, and hit save changes.
Well, it looked great from a graphics point of view, but there was some "undefined" thingy (I think it had something to do with the date), I lost a lot of my gadgets, it took me a while to figure out how to edit, I couldn't find the dashboard... Ack! Too much change all at once! I panicked. Luckily, I was able to put everything back the way it was before I started messing around.
Maybe I'll try again (now that I know I can fix what I break), but for now, welcome to my tried and true blog.

I was looking at various template choices the other day too. I felt myself getting tense as I do whenever I'm making changes.
I didn't have it in me to select all the different colors etc. so I just backed away and left this as they were.
I empathize with your panic and I'm glad you're comfortable with things as they are. At least you learned something by venturing out. That's a good thing.

Very snazzy template -- makes your stunning pup look even sleeker. Our girl (Maggie) just turned ten. Her chocolate is getting flecks of cream.
